It enables you to route your Internet traffic through various countries, making it seem like your internet browsing is originating from those locations.

Service Product offers several operational modes:

• Free mode with basic VPN features and ad blocking: limited server access and basic data transfer bandwidth.
• Free trial period with full VPN functionality and ad blocking, followed by an automatic shift to a paid subscription: access to all servers with maximum data transfer speed during this period.
• Paid mode: immediate choice of paid service terms, providing full functionality without limits.
• Service access post watching a rewarded video.
• Access to features with ad viewing.
• Various other modes and usage options.

You must be over 18 and the owner or authorized administrator of the device on which the Software is installed or used. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by uninstalling the Software. Non-compliance with this Agreement terminates your license. Compliance with Law & Export Control Use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws. Do not export or re-export the Software in violation of laws and regulations.

End User License Agreement (EULA) IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND SWECT Technology LLC. This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the individual) and SWECT Technology LLC, the owner of the Software. Please read it thoroughly before installing and using the Software. By using the Software, you are confirming your acceptance and agreeing to adhere to these terms.

Product is a software developed and owned by SWECT Technology LLC.

GRANT OF LICENSE

• FREE LICENSE: Product grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to download, install, and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, according to this Agreement.
• PAID LICENSE: Subject to payment of applicable fees and continuous compliance with this Agreement, Product grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to use the Software, in accordance with this Agreement.
• UNAUTHORIZED USE: You must make reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Software, protecting it at least as well as your own confidential information.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS SWECT Technology LLC owns the intellectual property rights to the Product Software. The Software's structure, organization, and code are trade secrets and confidential information. Any feedback or suggestions you provide can be used by SWECT Technology LLC without compensation or your approval. You do not acquire any intellectual property rights in the Software, except as explicitly stated in this Agreement.

RESTRICTIONS

• You must not use the Services in a way that harms our servers or interferes with others' use.
• You are prohibited from unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• We reserve all legal and technical measures to enforce this Agreement.

COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.

LIMITED WARRANTY Product does not guarantee that the Software will fulfill all your requirements or be uninterrupted or error-free. The warranty does not cover:

• Software modified or altered without authorization;
• Software used in violation of this Agreement;
• Failures caused by other software or hardware. Except as stated herein, the Software is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We, or those involved in the Software's creation, production, or distribution, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data or profit loss. Our total liability is limited to thirty dollars ($30.00).

THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS The Software may include third party software governed by their own terms, including open source licenses. This Agreement does not override those rights.

CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. You consent to the jurisdiction of Georgia courts.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT This Agreement is the complete agreement between the parties, superseding all prior agreements regarding this subject matter.
